"Eco Olive Container Blend" is a 100% natural blend of olive wax with natural additives to improve candle burning and odor distribution. This wax does not contain genetically modified ingredients, palm or paraffin products. It is biodegradable and vegan friendly.

    • Melting point - + 75 °C.
    • Recommended bottling temperature - +60 - + 65 °C.
    • Aromatic AURAE oils: 3-6%
    • Essential oils: 4-10%

Preparation recommendations: Heat the wax to 75°C using a wax melting pan, remove from the heat and allow the wax to cool. If you use aromatic or essential oils, pour them into molds just before pouring and stir for 2-3 minutes. Pour the wax into heated molds when the wax reaches a pouring temperature of 60-65°C. Hardening time - 48 hours.

As with all candles, we recommend thoroughly testing all combinations of wax, scented oils and wicks.

    Molds
Molds must be clean and dry. They must be at least room temperature. It is recommended to preheat to approximately 45-50°C.

    Paint
Using BEKRO paint, warm the wax to about 75°C, add the paint and stir until dissolved. When using powder paints dissolved in odors, liquid paints or colored blocks, the wax is heated to 70°C. If you want the candle to be darker or "richer", add a little black paint to the color you are using.

    Aromatic oils
"Eco Olive Container Blend" is designed for use with natural waxes. The burning size and depth of the pool has a major impact on the scattering of the odor, so proper absorption is paramount. Some odors can react poorly with wax and cause the release of oils, creating unsightly surfaces or poor burning. These phenomena are especially common with the use of universal perfume oils or oils for paraffin.

    Wicks
Natural waxes generally require larger sizes than traditional paraffin waxes. Smell, color, and candle configuration have a big impact on choosing the best wick. Too much wick causes soot to escape, creates too much flame, accelerates burning time, wax flows through the edges of the candle. Too small a wick forms a tunnel, a faint roar of flame. Each candle burning test shall be performed 48 hours after the candle has been filled.

    Wax melting
When melting wax, it is important not to overheat it. Higher temperatures can cause the wax to change color. The melting wax must be mixed. Do not use dishes that contain copper and zinc as they may release substances that will affect the color of the wax. It is recommended to melt the wax in specially designed or stainless steel containers. Allow the wax to cool to the desired pouring temperature, add fragrances and mix well.

    Wax pouring
The pouring temperature may vary depending on the size of the container, the combination of odor and paint and other means used. First, consider the recommended pouring temperature. If unsatisfactory, set a temperature 5-10°C lower or higher. It is always recommended to use heated forms.
