Rules for using loyalty points

What are loyalty points?

Loyalty points are awarded to every registered user who purchases a product. Once the invoice has been paid, these points can be used for another purchase, giving you an additional discount (100 points = 0.01 cents).

1. BASIC TERMS
1.1. Online store – the online store located at www.aurae.lt.
1.2. Goods – materials for the production of candles, home fragrances, soap, and other goods sold in the online store.
1.3. Buyer – a person who purchases or orders Goods in the Online Store and is their end user, i.e. 1) a legally capable natural person – a person who has reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity is not restricted in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania; 2) a minor between the ages of fourteen and eighteen who has the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they are emancipated; 3) a legal entity; 4) duly authorized representatives of all of the above persons.
1.4. Administrator – MB "Gamtos dovanos", which administers this online store, whose registered office is located at Chemijos g. 9a-96, LT-51326 Širvintų r. sav., legal entity code 303399358, VAT payer code LT100008865817.
1.5. Account – the result of the buyer's registration in the online store, which is an account for storing the buyer's personal data and order history (in English – account).

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. When purchasing certain Goods in the online store, each Buyer automatically accumulates loyalty points. Each Good in the online store has a specified number of loyalty points that the Buyer receives when purchasing that Good.
2.2. Loyalty points are accumulated at the time of each buyer's purchase, and the number of points received by the buyer depends on the value of the purchased goods. The value of each Product, i.e. the number of loyalty points that the Buyer can receive when purchasing the Product, is indicated under the name of the Product. Loyalty points are not calculated from the delivery costs of the Goods or any other payments made by the Buyer.
2.3. 100 loyalty points are worth EUR 0.01.
2.4. Loyalty points collected by the Buyer cannot be exchanged for cash.
2.5. The Buyer may use the accumulated loyalty points for another purchase by exchanging the points for a coupon. 
2.6. The coupon cannot be used for goods that are subject to a promotion.
2.7. Loyalty points accumulated by the buyer are valid for 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of receipt. The date of receipt of loyalty points is the date of payment by the buyer for the marked goods. If the buyer does not use the accumulated loyalty points within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of receipt of the loyalty points, the loyalty points are automatically canceled.
2.8. The buyer can see the balance of loyalty points accumulated in their account.
2.9. If the buyer places another order for goods in accordance with the rules of the online store and wishes to pay for them using their accumulated loyalty points, the buyer's accumulated loyalty points balance will be automatically reduced. This reduction occurs regardless of whether:
2.9.1. The buyer cancels the order for the Goods;
2.9.2. The buyer does not pay for the order for the Goods;
2.10. In the event of clauses 2.9.1 and 2.9.2 of the Rules, in order to recover the loyalty points, the buyer must submit a request for individual renewal of the loyalty points to the administrator in writing or electronically within 14 calendar days.

3. FINAL PROVISIONS
3.1. The administrator reserves the right to unilaterally change these rules. Buyers will be informed of all changes, amendments, or additions when they register in the online store or make their first purchase there after the new version of the rules comes into effect. The new provisions shall come into effect after their publication on the online store's website.
3.2. The administrator reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the loyalty points program. Buyers will be informed about the termination of the loyalty points program by registering in the online store, as well as by a notice on the online store's website. In the event of termination of the loyalty points program, buyers will have the right to use their accumulated loyalty points within 1 (one) month of the administrator's notification of the termination of the loyalty points program. After this period, all loyalty points accumulated and not used by buyers will be automatically canceled.
